To discourage everyone from running at the same time, you can run your virtual parkrun at any time during the week by using the form below. Results will be calculated and displayed each week and will show your relative finish position against other virtual 5k runners, joggers and walkers. If you include your email address when submitting your results, you will receive a results email with more details about your finish position, age category position and gender position.
